2. What data we collect
We collect the following personal data when you submit our contact form:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name (optional)
- Service you are interested in
- Your message / project details
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people read and which sites they arrived from. It is privacy-first by design: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not fingerprint your browser, and cannot follow you to any other website. We see totals, not people.
There is no Google Analytics on this site, no advertising pixel and no cross-site tracking of any kind.
Our hosting provider also processes a limited amount of technical data in order to deliver the pages and protect the site:
- IP address
- Browser type and the page requested
This is standard server infrastructure data. We do not use it to build a profile of you and we do not combine it with anything else.

That is the complete list. We use no advertising network and no third-party font service - the typefaces on this site are served from our own servers, so no request for them ever reaches a third party. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
5. International transfers
Some of our third-party providers are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the provider's participation in recognised data protection frameworks.
6. How long we keep your data
- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months, then securely deleted.
- Email correspondence: Retained for as long as there is a legitimate business reason, then deleted.
7. Your rights

- Rectification - ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure - ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
